The trial seems to install fine but when it tries to do the initial collection all I get is a "Last collection "Initial Collection" FAILED at Thu Dec 18 11:48:40 2008" message but it doesn't seem to have any supporting information to tell me why.
Could somebody point me to the logs or something so that I could get this to work?

Hi Craig,
To get the full logs, you can go to the about page (upper right corner of the UI), and then click "Download Raw Data". this will download a .tar.gz file containing the log files.
If you could send those to me, I'd be happy to have an engineer here take a look and see what's going on. oren.teich@replicatetech.com
