The RDA Controller VM must be on the same network (vlan) as the Service Console in the data center where probes will be placed.
If the Controller is not currently on that network, follow this procedure in Virtual Center:
- Select the RDA Controller and choose Edit Settings
- Select Network Interface 1 and set it to a network that is on the same vlan as the Service Console
- Open the console for the RDA Controller and reconfigure the IP address. If using DHCP to obtain an IP address for the conroller, simply reselect the DHCP option in order to get a new IP number.
