You don’t need a key. If you lose your phone, the chip may be deactivated and then it will not permit anybody to enter in with it. What happens if you run just disappear with the key?
Another technology is of small cell-phone towers. These have to be put up on top of the building and all connected cell-phones will be able make calls with it. They may record when the employee with the phone has walked in. It is also able to take care of all other wireless operations within the office.
